Terms and Conditions – Narooma Plaza Summer Giveaway 2025
- Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acknowledgment of these conditions of entry. 2. To enter spend $10 or more in one of our participating Narooma Plaza stores (12 stores*). 3. Fill in the entry ticket, with all your other details, place tickets in the Narooma Plaza competition box (located under the Plaza Dome) 4. Participants may enter multiple times but are only eligible to win one minor prize & one major prize. 5. Promotion commences Monday 1st Dec.2025. Entries close on Monday 19th January 2026 at 10am AEST. 6. Employees of the promoter, Narooma Plaza, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Narooma Plaza traders and their staff including Woolworths & Aldi staff are ineligible to enter. 7. We are giving away $1000 worth of Plaza Vouchers, with 10 prizes to be won. 8. Each weekday a winning ticket will be drawn (1st-12th Dec.) each winner will receive $100 worth of Plaza vouchers.9. Major prize will be drawn on Monday 19th January 2026 at 10am AEST. The prize is a Giant Ebike(valued at $10999) the everyday winner’s tickets will be put back into the draw for a chance at winning the major prize. 9. Winners will be contacted by phone then Narooma Plaza will publish winners throughout social media & around the Centre. 10. All prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. 11. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into it. 12. Narooma Plaza reserves the right to use any entries for publication. The winner and the Winners parent/guardian may also, at the request of the promoter, be required to participate in publicity activity on behalf of the promoter. 13. If the winner is unable to be contacted by the 22nd January 2026 the prize will be redrawn. 14. The promoter reserves the right to at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant for submitting any entries which are not in accordance with these conditions of entry. 15. The promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. 16. To the full extent permitted by law neither the promoter nor any of their associated agencies accepts any liability for any injury, damage, expenses or loss of whatsoever to persons or property arising from or in connection with this competition. 17.
