Banning Notices.
Mark Anderson - Thursday, February 03, 2011
All are welcome at Narooma Plaza, but as with all aspects of life there has to be rules that must be followed. Just recently the behaviour of a particular young man resulted in him being banned for 3 months from Narooma Plaza. As the Plaza is privately owned the Management has the rights to deny access to any individual not behaving correctly. Whilst we do not like banning anyone we must protect our customers, business owners and property from misappropriate behaviour. Typically warnings are given and in this instance repeated requests were made unsuccessfully. Once Banned from any property unauthorised access is considered trespassing.
