Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acknowledgment of these conditions of entry.

To enter participants must make a purchase of $10 or more from any Narooma Plaza participating store, participants receive a free ticket from the store, fill it out and put it in the entry barrel. One ticket only per purchase.

Participating stores are: Narooma Garden Centre, Bernlee Shoes, Robert McIntyre Optometrist, Millers, Southfield Newsagency, Narooma Plaza Pharmacy, Roxy’s Café, Narooma Florist, Heads Together Hairdressing, Go Lo, Southfield Cellars, Haven Quality Meats, Grandpa’s Garden and Sportzone.

Competition is open only to persons of 12 years of age or older. Only one prize will be awarded per person.

Promotion commences 22nd September 2008. Entries close at 11.59am EST on 2nd October 2008.

Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees of the promoter, Narooma Plaza, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Narooma Plaza traders and their staff and Woolworths staff are ineligible to enter.

Prizes are 5 x Single Saturday Blues Festival tickets, 5 x Single Sunday Blues Festival Tickets and 1 x Backstage VIP Blues Festival Tickets.

Winners will be drawn at random at Narooma Plaza on Thursday 2nd October 2008 and notified (by phone or post) on Thursday 2nd October 2008.

Results will be published in the Narooma News (8/10/08) and on display at Narooma Plaza Centre Management (2/10/08).

Prize must be collected from Narooma Plaza, Narooma.

All prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

Proof of purchase may be requested from the winner/s by Narooma Plaza management.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner acknowledges and agrees to abide by any Great Southern Blues and Rockabilly Festival ticket terms and conditions.

Narooma Plaza reserves the right to use any entries for publication. The winner may also, at the request of the promoter, be required to participate in publicity activity on behalf of the promoter.

If the winner is unable to be contacted before 4/10/08 for Sunday and VIP tickets winners, 3/10/08 for Saturday tickets winners they forfeit their ticket and the ticket will be awarded to a second place winner.
